セルフケアステッカーセット

I love that each sticker is a tiny reward for taking care of myself, and the sheet’s 5x7 size makes them easy to peel and stick in my journal without taking up too much space.

I’ve been using the daily reward stickers to track small wins like drinking water and stretching, and the 5x7 sheet fits perfectly in my planner. The soft pastel colors make it feel more like a treat than a chore.

The reward system in this set actually helped me stick to my morning routine. Each little sticker feels like a genuine pat on the back, and the 5x7 sheet fits perfectly in my planner.
