睡眠トラッカープランナーステッカー

The matte finish on these stickers makes them easy to write on with a pen, and I've already used a few to mark my sleep schedule for the week. The sheet size is compact enough to toss in my planner without taking up too much space.

I love that each sticker is a separate design—makes it easy to mix and match in my planner for sleep tracking. The matte finish feels nice and doesn't glare under my desk lamp.

The matte vinyl has a nice subtle texture that makes writing on them feel smooth and clean. I stuck one on my weekly spread and it peeled off easily when I needed to reposition it. These are a fun way to track habits without taking up too much space.
